Through extensive training, Interstate has adapted the T.O.A.D. method. We believe that tracking, organization, assignments and dispatching are the key fundamentals for a successful relationship with our customers.
T-Tracking begins once an order is received through our logistical coordinators. The coordinators will maintain constant interaction with ports, customers and dispatch to make sure that your cargo is delivered in good time.

A-Assignments to our drivers come from our dispatchers who assign your cargo to drivers who years of experience ensure on time and safe deliveries.
D-Dispatching your cargo is one of the most important aspects to the business. Interstate's dispatchers distribute your cargo with careful explanation of directions and appointment times so there is no delay on the roads.

Our sales and operations have combined experience in this industry for 20 years plus. SAFETY
Safety is one of the highest priorities when we are all on the road. We inspect our drivers transportation logs daily so that we conform to the Department of Transportation guidelines. Drivers are constantly made aware of daily weather updates and new steamship/port guidelines so that there will be minimized delays to making our appointments. Our safety director specializes in the most up to date hazardous material courses, transportation regulations and drug screening of all trucking personnel. We care about our driver's safety as much as we care for your cargo on the road.
